Show people what their first dance class looks like

Turn the videos you already take in class into reels that help new dancers find you and bring past students back. You review every one before it goes out.

your.danceschool Figured you couldn't learn to dance? A couple gets walked through the basic step in a bright hall, then takes it out dancing by the water. Jeans, sneakers, first lesson. DM INFO for the first class details.

From a library of class videos to a finished reel

You upload what you film, class after class. ReelTempo looks through all of it, picks the moments that tell one story, and cuts them into a short video with words on screen and a caption.

Your library

Every clip you have uploaded, from every class. It keeps growing as you film.

Moment 1: Grady guides Mel into a turn in the hall. Moment 2: Grady explains the step to Mel, unhurried. Moment 3: Grady and Karah in a swing out, jeans and sneakers. Moment 4: Mel and Marc dancing on the boardwalk, both smiling. Moment 5: the same couple moving along the boardwalk. Moment 6, the closing card: Grady and Karah turning together and catching hands.

Six moments chosen

ReelTempo picks the shots that carry one message, in order. No scrubbing through the camera roll.

Finished reel

Eighteen seconds, six shots from five clips, words on screen. Ready to post.

Ready-to-share caption

The caption and the words on screen are shown exactly as drafted; checking them before posting is the owner's job, and the editor is where a word gets changed.

Where the footage came from

Mel & Marc Dance in Sydney: two classes in the hall, filmed on a phone, and a dance on a harbour boardwalk. Everyone in the footage agreed to appear in our marketing. The reel drew on five of those clips. It was made on 30 September 2026 by the same software ReelTempo runs on, in a test business set up with the dance school's details, and is shown unaltered; it has not been posted.

Who it's for

Dance schools whose best marketing happens on the floor every week. Someone films a turn, a breakthrough, a room full of people laughing, and the clip never makes it past the camera roll.

ReelTempo is for the teacher who would rather be teaching the next class than editing the last one.

What your reels can show

Real moments from your own classes. Here are the kinds of shots that make a good reel for a dance school.

The first steps

A teacher breaking a step down, a pair getting it for the first time. What a nervous beginner needs to see before they walk in.

The room

The hall, the music going, people of every age and shape dancing in what they turned up in. What a night with you feels like.

Out dancing

A social, a performance, a dance by the water. Where the classes lead, and why people keep coming back.

For new dancers and past students

Most people put off a first class because they can't picture themselves in it. A reel of your real classes gives them that picture. Past students see it too, and remember why they loved it.

You choose how each reel ends: follow you, send you a message, or book on your own website. Enrolments stay in the system you already use; ReelTempo never takes them or collects anyone's details.

Reels are about what it's like to learn with you, not one term's start date, so they keep working all year.

Questions from dance schools

Can I use footage of my students?

Only footage you have permission to use. Ask before you film people for marketing, and leave out anyone who would rather not appear.

Does it work for any style of dance?

Yes. ReelTempo looks at what is in the footage, so salsa, swing, ballet, hip hop or ballroom all work.

Can the reel mention prices or class times?

You write the details you want included, and you check every word before posting. ReelTempo will not invent a claim about your classes.

Does it take enrolments?

No. Keep taking enrolments the way you do now. A reel can point people to your website to book.
